BARDF Balkanic Championships - 2018

I. Organizer of the event:

22-24 June 2018

IV. Invited countries
Unlimited number competitors, team leaders, trainers, guests, visitors from the following countries
are officially invited (in alphabetical order):
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey.
Visitors from non-Balkan countries are welcome, too.
V. Accommodation:
The accommodation will be organized in Gorj Hotel
Double and triple extremely comfortable rooms.

VI. Expected weather
In that period of the year the temperatures during the day are normally 25-30 deg C and 14-16 deg C during the night.
VII. Visa requirement
EU citizens only require their national identity papers to travel to Romania. Citizens from most other countries will need a valid passport.
VIII. Time schedule:
The championship will be held according used up to now rules (3.5 MHz + 144 MHz), but in addition F.R.R. will organize a Sprint competition as a separate event with separate awards.
Therefore the competitors wishing to take part in the Sprint event have to arrive on 22 June earlier, not later than 14:00.
The schedule:
22 June (Friday) – Arrival and accommodation, sprint event, official opening, dinner, team leader meeting;
23 June (Saturday) – Breakfast, 144 MHz competition, Lunch, Free time, Hamfest (including dinner);
24 June (Sunday) – Breakfast, 3.5 MHz competition, Lunch, Awarding, Departure.
IX. Awards
All competitors will bе awarded certificates for participation.
There will be one aggregated, overall, standing for both 3,5 Mhz and 144 MHz competitions. The winners will be awarded certificates and medals.
The Sprint is considered as a separate competition. Therefore, the winners there also will be awarded medals and certificates.

Accommodation for two nights in double or triple room, two days full board, hamfest, partcipation in all three events:
